AMPTS® III
An integrated platform for automated anaerobic batch fermentation testing, including biochemical methane potential (BMP), specific methanogenic activity (SMA), residual gas potential (RGP) and inhibition studies. It combines controlled incubation, mechanical mixing, gas measurement and browser-based data handling.
Key specifications
BioReactor Simulator III
A laboratory-scale platform for studying continuously fed anaerobic digestion. It allows users to compare feedstocks, loading regimes, retention time, additives and process conditions before implementing changes at larger biogas plants.
Key specifications
Gas Endeavour® III
A flexible platform for precise monitoring of low gas production or gas consumption in biological processes. It supports applications such as animal nutrition, wastewater analysis, biohydrogen, fermentation studies, biogas research and microbial activity testing.
Key specifications
BPC® Bioreactors
A modular family of CSTR and high-rate anaerobic bioreactors for laboratory simulation of biogas and biofuel processes. Options include glass and stainless-steel reactors, jacketed temperature control and configurations for both low- and high-solids feedstocks.
Key specifications
BPC® Blue
A laboratory respirometry platform for evaluating aerobic and anaerobic biodegradability of plastics, polymers, packaging materials and organic substances. Configurations support aerobic testing, anaerobic testing and combined workflows, with automated calculations and structured data handling.
Key specifications
BPC® Go
A compact automated gas volume and flow meter for wet and dry gases at laboratory scale. It provides local data storage, pressure/temperature/moisture compensation and browser-based monitoring without requiring an external computer.
Key specifications
BPC® Core
A self-contained, high-precision gas volume and flow meter array for laboratories running several low-flow experiments in parallel. Integrated data acquisition and processing allow autonomous operation with remote access from a web browser.
Key specifications
BPC® Titan
A high-throughput gas volume and flow meter for large laboratory and small pilot-scale fermentation processes. It is intended for applications where gas production is significantly higher than the range of conventional low-flow laboratory meters.
Key specifications
BPC® Air
An air-based incubation platform providing both cooling and heating for BPC respirometry workflows. It reduces the maintenance associated with water baths and can be configured for 9- or 18-channel systems.
Key specifications
BPC® Move
A compact standalone mechanical agitator for reliable mixing, dispersion and dissolution in laboratory bottles. It combines the strength of mechanical agitation with the practical bottle-based workflow commonly associated with magnetic stirring.
Key specifications
BPC® DAQ
A compact data acquisition unit for adding real-time analogue sensor measurements to the BPC Go platform. It enables process parameters such as temperature, pH and ORP to be logged alongside gas production data.
Key specifications
BPC® Connect
A network-based coordination hub that combines multiple BPC Go units into one centrally managed system. Laboratories can monitor, control and export data from connected instruments through one Aurora interface.
Key specifications
Smart Agitation Systems
A range of mechanical agitation solutions spanning standalone mixers, remotely controlled laboratory agitation systems and dedicated stirrers for bioreactors. The systems are designed to provide stronger and more reliable mixing than conventional magnetic stirring in suitable workflows.
